Modern Office Space Design
For our German client’s cruise ship wheelchair project, we initially collaborated with a Ningbo-based company. However, its outdated equipment and simple craftsmanship led to severe coating peeling on delivered products. The client’s claim was unreasonably rejected, so they turned to our company. Knowing the wheelchairs would be used on cruise ships—where salt spray corrosion is prominent and usage intensity (frequent heavy pressure, daily handling by crew) is much higher than household scenarios—we conducted on-site research on cruise ships. Targeting these pain points, we upgraded the products: thickened aluminum for better load-bearing, developed new plastic part molds for improved fit and durability, and adopted double-layer spraying with a primer to enhance corrosion resistance. With reliable quality, our cooperation with the client has lasted over 10 years, with expanded product categories and steady growth in order volume.
